• You must be at least 21 to reserve,rent or drive a rental boat
• You must have a valid driver's license
• New York State boating license is not required
• You must have a valid credit card for the security deposit
• No grills or smoking allowed on the boats
• YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO RENTAL BOATS
• Boats are fully equipped with all safety equipment
• Boats leave with a full tank of fuel, customer will be billed for fuel used during the rental
• A $100 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the rental.
• Stay on the bay unless granted permission by Krenzer Marine. This is weather dependant.
• Only use Krenzer Marine fuel
• Must show KM that operator has full knowledge of how to operate and maneuver pontoon boat.
• A $500 hold will be placed on credit card on the day of the rental for any damages or missing items and will be billed to the credit within 72 hours of the rental.
